United Heritage Credit Union was recently notified of a potentially fraudulent email from contact@unitedheritagedirect.com regarding loan activity and payments.
For this reason, United Heritage reminds individuals to never provide an entity they do not know and/or trust with any personal, sensitive information via email. Personal, sensitive information includes but is not limited to the following:
- Your banking sign-in information
- Your Social Security number
- Your payment card numbers
If you receive an email from a sender you do not recognize requesting personal information, such as a fraudulent email from contact@unitedheritagedirect.com, do not reply to it, click any links contained within it or open any attachments.
