To better assist you, a UHCU Member Care Representative would like to share your screen. This will provide them with 'view-only' access to the screen you choose, allowing them to guide you more effectively. Please click the button below to start a screen-sharing session.
Screen Sharing Disclosure
By clicking "Start Session," you authorize the UHCU representative to view your selected desktop, application, or browser window. Only an authorized UHCU agent will request screen-sharing access while assisting you over the phone. Please do not share access with any unauthorized individual. At any time during the session, you may select "Hide My Screen" to enable on-demand privacy and hide the entire web page from view. To terminate the session, simply select "End Session."
