Scam Alert: We have been alerted that someone may be spoofing our 1-800-531-2328 and 512-435-4545 numbers to tell members they have fraud on their debit card and attempt to gather personal information. Please remember to not provide any information to someone who calls you and requests personal information. If you're not comfortable with a call you receive claiming to be UHCU, hang up and call UHCU directly.

To ensure you are covered in the event of an accident, United Heritage Credit Union requires you to have continuous comprehensive and collision insurance on your vehicle financed through us, with UHCU listed as the lienholder or payee.

Adding United Heritage Credit Union as the Lienholder/Loss Payee

When you acquire a new auto loan or lease through United Heritage Credit Union, is it essential to list the correct lienholder and loss payee on your insurance policy. This ensures both your protection, and ours, by keeping the policy up to date with the right information in the event of claims.

Take action now! Failure to list United Heritage Credit Union as the lienholder or loss payee will result in additional fees and could lead to issues with coverage or processing delays in the event of a claim.
