United Heritage Credit Union Donates $20,000 to Austin Pets Alive!

AUSTIN, Texas (November 26, 2024) – United Heritage Credit Union is proud to announce a $20,000 donation to Austin Pets Alive! through its Charity Foundation. This significant contribution highlights the Foundation's ongoing commitment to animal welfare and its dedication to supporting organizations that save lives and provide care for pets in need.

Austin Pets Alive! is a leader in the no-kill movement, saving thousands of at-risk animals each year through innovative programs and community partnerships. The impact of donations to Austin Pets Alive! is profound: just $500 can save the life of a single dog or cat by covering shelter, food, and basic medical care, while $2.500 provides a kennel that can shelter 13 dogs annually. This $20,000 donation will go even further, helping provide critical medical care, daily support, and shelter for countless animals.
