United Heritage Credit Union Accepting Donations for Blue Santa

United Heritage Credit Union is holding a toy drive from Monday, November 16 to Friday, December 11 to benefit the Austin Police Operation Blue Santa program. With the help of Austin residents, the program provides toys and food to more than 5,000 families in need during the holiday season.

Members of the community are encouraged to join the toy drive by bringing new, unwrapped toys to any full-service United Heritage Credit Union branch through Friday, December 11. UHCU employees are also collecting toys to donate, all of which will be given to the Austin Police Operation Blue Santa program.

Austin Police Operation Blue Santa provides every family it serves with a full holiday meal and wrapped Christmas gifts for each child up to age 14. The program accepts toys that are unwrapped, contain no food and do not resemble weapons.
