United Heritage Credit Union is thrilled to announce we've been named one of the Austin American-Statesman Top Workplaces for 2015! This marks the sixth consecutive year UHCU has made the list.
The Top Workplaces designation is especially important to us because it's based solely on anonymous employee feedback. WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a Pennsylvania-based research firm, surveyed UHCU staff earlier this year, asking questions that measure engagement, organizational health and employee satisfaction. The positive responses received in these surveys ranked United Heritage 19 among the top 30 mid-sized businesses in the Austin area.
