Misplaced your UHCU Visa Debit Card? Temporarily pause your card online or through your mobile app if you need to locate it or order a new one. You can also pause your card when it's not in use to prevent fraud. It's a convenient option to provide you with peace of mind.

Fraud Protection

To better protect you, UHCU uses VISA Falcon Fraud Prevention Service to continually monitor your card activity as well as identify and prevent fraudulent transactions on your account.

Electronic Fund Transfers Disclosure

Metal Debit Cards: Membership required. A $35 fee will be charged to your account upon submission and processing of the order form. Replacement metal cards are $50. Funds for the cost of the card must be available in the member’s account at time of sign-up to qualify. All metal cards will be mailed. Instant issue not available for metal cards.
